Senior Video Production Specialist
- A bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia arts, communications, or a related field. Alternatively, an extensive portfolio demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills could suffice.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Understanding of sound editing, color grading, and graphic design is essential.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous work is crucial. This should demonstrate creativity, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and technical proficiency in editing and post-production.
- 2-5 years of experience in video production, including experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes understanding and interpreting the creative vision and contributing constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
