Our mission: to make retention marketing the smartest, most profitable part of every brand we work with.
2021
KMH was founded by Conor Sunderland and Conor Gallagher — two Irish founders who did everything themselves: design, copy, strategy, builds, and client communication. It was chaotic, but the best possible training ground. We took on every kind of eCommerce brand imaginable and learned the game from the inside.
That year ended in Marbella with our own version of a “Black Friday fight camp,” where we saw our emails generate $20,000+ in minutes — a taste of the scale to come.
2022
We hired our first key team member (now Head of Performance) and grew steadily, mostly through word of mouth. Still a lean crew of five or six, we stayed hands-on with service delivery, using every client as a laboratory for what would become our IP.
We didn’t just send campaigns — we built systems, tested theories, and laid the groundwork for everything KMH is today.
2023
KMH took off. Our revenue tripled, our client count nearly did too, and we onboarded our first nine-figure brand.
Our team expanded, our content started gaining traction, and our name began circulating across Twitter, YouTube, and Slack groups. We became known not just for results — but for frameworks, thinking, and consistency. We also learned a lot (like not moving the HQ to Dubai).
2024
We codified our core IP — including our Archetypes Framework, which now powers our segmentation, roadmap, and flow design.
We grew past 30 team members, ran our first eCommerce mastermind in London, spoke at international events, and integrated AI at the deepest level — across copy, design, strategy, and reporting. We matured, professionalized, and proved we could scale without losing soul.
2025
Today, KMH is a 38-person agency working with over 65 eCommerce brands, including multiple nine-figure businesses.
We’ve built a true AI-native retention agency — with a full team of strategists, account managers, designers, copywriters, data scientists, and builders. We’ve spoken on global stages, scaled content across YouTube and LinkedIn, and built what we believe is the best retention marketing agency in the world.
And we’re only getting started.
